Once again a great stay before jetting out to the canaries ,top marks to Leslie the duty manager and to Daniel our Restraunt waiter ,wouldn't hesitate in recommending to stay here .

If service is priority then this is the accom. for you.Absoloutly no problems with reception etc. and they actually seem interested in your transient life. !!!
Between the booking process & checking in - nothing a problem
Ideal for flights to / from Edinburgh airport with shuttle bus arriving / departing from stand 10 at the airport, only a prepaid phone call away.
Really a travelodge type accom. with a little more class. All this with a competative price.
Only reason it drops a star from me personally is, I never tried the food on offer & there was a pretty bad draught from the room window the whole night.Obviously unlucky with the room allocation, but imagine majority of people overnighting here being well happy.
Can only suggest any travellers try here & decide yourselfs.

"Booked this hotel for my parents as part of a golden anniversary present. The service I received from the hotel was excellant and could not thank the staff enough for organising my requests for my parents.
My parents loved the room and could not praise the staff enough - from the welcome at reception, to the waiter in the restaurant. Not only was the service excellant, it was very personal to them and were delighted to receive a complimentary bottle of wine with their dinner to celebrate their golden anniversary. It was a great start to their holiday. Would definitely recommend the hotel and would use it again."
