Planning a Successful Event?
Our experienced team are on hand to help you organise and run successful and productive meetings. We are skilled at running any size of event and are here to help take the stress away from you the organiser. You can be confident when choosing us, you know it will be a success.
Our location ensures all your delegates can arrive from the UK or abroad via our excellent road, rail and airport links. Car parking on-site is complimentary for the duration of your time with us and we can collect any delegates flying into Edinburgh International Airport with our courtesy minibus.
In the bright and airy, newly built, Pentland Suite we can accommodate meetings for up to 80 delegates and dinners for up to 60. Smaller meetings and more intimate dinners can also be catered for in the Durno Suite. We also offer 2 syndicate rooms on the first floor for board meetings or breakout rooms for up to 14.
Any technical requirements you may have from access to modem points to building a stage set with projection can be organised. As you would expect from the 'Quality Hotel' we have most equipment in-house however should you require anything more sophisticated we have recognised suppliers we regularly use and who come highly recommended.
Teas, coffees and homemade shortbread can either be served in the meeting room or delegates have the opportunity to move to the large and open lounge area where they can have a well deserved rest. Lunch can either be served in the room, as a buffet in the lounge or you can give your delegates the opportunity to dine in La Bonne Auberge either from a specially selected menu or chosen from our a la carte selection.
