Our restaurant La Bonne Auberge is a French Meditteranean Braserie. It is the sister restaurant to the well-known brasserie La Bonne Auberge in Glasgow . La Bonne Auberge is the oldest themed restaurant in Glasgow , launched in 1975. La Bonne Auberge opened at The Quality Hotel only 3 years ago. In addition to catering for hotel residents the hotel attracts business locally due to its' reputation for quality at value for money prices.

The Lounge and Bar

Relax and unwind in friendly surroundings whether it is a drink from our well stocked bar or choose from our variety of coffees and teas. You can also enjoy a light snack, prepared in La Bonne Auberges' kitchen

Private Dining

Whether it is a small private dinner or a large celebration the chefs from La Bonne Auberge will prepare a menu to suit your guests and budget. Menus are creatively designed around your requirements. Please contact the Conference Office for further information.

A limited La Bonne Auberge menu is available for you to select in your room throughout the day and night.

Breakfast

A large continental buffet breakfast is available daily in La Bonne Auberge, with Full Scottish prepared individually. If you are departing early we can also arrange a continental breakfast in your room or in a bag to take with you!
